On all plans regular server and security updates are included and do not count toward admin time. Admin time includes services not included in your normal plan, including but not limited to 3rd party software installs, disaster and data recovery, repairs, server migrations etc. Additional services not covered under your plan are always billed at $10/hour with a 1 hour minimum.
